In addition to the privately owned land, Buckeye leases over 2000 additional acres of managed land for your hunting experience. Surrounded completely by game management land, Buckeye provides the best deer, hog, and turkey hunts in the Low Country.

Not only does Buckeye Hunting Lodge offer quality hunting, it also offers various leisure activities for all ages. Some of the activities include skeet shooting on a shooting range, fishing in the Big Salkehatchie River, and playing cornhole and horseshoes around the lodge.


While staying at Buckeye Hunting Lodge, you will experience southern hospitality at its finest. Buckeye provides lodging in a spacious 2500 square foot log cabin located on the plantation. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the log cabin accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Buckeye also provides its quests with a home cooked brunch and southern style supper daily.
